Dr. Belalcazar is a board-certified ophthalmologist who sees patients at his private practice, Advanced Eye Center, in Hialeah, Florida. The practice was opened in 2012 with the goal to offer the people of South Florida, the United States, and the world the most innovative treatments to improve their vision.
